About the Role: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations and maintenance of multiple client sites. This account focuses on hard services, with some soft services involved, and requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex processes and build strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple sites: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of hard and soft services across 3 key offices.
- Client and contractor liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and contractors, ensuring facilities remain fully operational while resolving any issues quickly.
- Administrative tasks: Handle updates, approvals, and project updates, while tracking costs, managing invoices, and ensuring all tasks align with the client’s budget.
- Operational support: Log and track maintenance requests, support events, manage security access, and participate in weekly operations meetings.
- Health & Safety compliance: Ensure that all health and safety policies are followed, report workplace hazards, and participate in audits.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Facilities experience is essential, and a trade background is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to follow structured processes with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations confidently.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and large, complex accounts with autonomy and a client-focused approach.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ) compliance experience is highly desirable.
