About the Division
Digital Solutions overview – The Digital Solutions Division is responsible for national digital health architecture, conformance, data, design, products, standards and for supporting the user design principles that underpin all the Agency’s products and services.
About the Role
The Agency are currently recruiting for Project Officer (APS6) to join our team on a Full-time ongoing basis. The Standards team in the Connected Care Division requires an experienced project officer to support the successful delivery of a wide variety of projects. The Project Officer role will report to the Director in the Standards Adoption section in the Digital Solutions Division.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide project management support for Agency work on Standards related projects. The position will coordinate and engage with other parts of the Agency to manage the project management and governance, stakeholder consultation and communication management.
Skills and Experience
- You will have demonstrated experience working as a Project Officer within a Government environment.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the management of projects.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organised with a demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- The ability to work on multiple projects and priorities, and pivot between different projects and activities.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability assist in papers and reporting.

Eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
