The TasWater CDO Will Deliver
- Major water infrastructure projects across Tasmania as part of the TasWater $1.1 billion capital works program
- Timely, cost effective, and quality capital works solutions for all stakeholders
- Improved safety outcomes
- Capacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completion
- The necessary framework for emergent projects
About The Role
TasWater CDO have a requirement for a HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
What Will Your Day Look Like In This Role
- Setting up and managing whole HSEQ program including systems, governance, and onsite audits
- Manage Health & safety, Environment, and Quality teams with supportive leadership
- Mentorship of Quality team
- Work closely withthe Alliance Program Manager on reporting process
What Will You Bring To The Role
- Health & Safety degree qualified, and minimum 10 years Health & Safety, and 5 years Environmental management experience.
- Strong HSE Solution Focused mindset where obstacles can be overcome.
- Experience in Health and Safety Management on major infrastructure projects in utilities, oil & gas or energy.
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teams
