This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Head of Property Management to step into a leadership role and join a reputable, well-established Agency in the South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria.

Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and growing the brand's reputation for excellence while propelling the team towards new heights of achievement. Your role involves staying on top of industry trends and best practices, leveraging your knowledge to drive innovation and continuous growth within the Property Management division.

This Rental Department has targets to expand significantly over the next 6 months, and this is a key role which will adapt and expand overtime as the successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the Department how they see fit.

You'll initially be responsible for managing a portfolio of 180 properties, supported by dedicated Virtual Assistants and an in-house Assistant Property Manager.

The Salary

$95,000 - $100,000 + superannuation + commissions

(negotiable based on experience)

Hours/Days

Monday to Friday with ad-hoc Saturdays

9:00am - 5:30pm

The Role

Oversee the functionality of systems used by the department and provide training where needed.
Manage best practice to ensure the property management department is fully compliant.
Manage a portfolio of 180 with VA, APM and leasing support.
Implement departmental systems and processes.
Ensure all properties are compliant and adhere to the correct legislative standards.
Grow and nurture the property management team.
Be involved with recruitment and onboarding for new staff members.
Nurture relationships with tenants and landlords, orchestrating repairs and maintenance seamlessly.

THE APPLICANT:

A demonstrated track record in Property Management.
Proven leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, you will need to be an expert on all thing’s legislation!
A professional demeanor, who can liaise with a range of clientele
Immaculate personal presentation
An agents representative certificate or LEA
A valid drivers licence
