We are seeking professional, highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our team.

Established in 1981, J&D Contracting is a quality accredited Brisbane based company providing a complete range of building maintenance and disability services for government and private sector clients throughout Queensland

You will:

Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, maximising outcomes while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Ensure Projects are built within the timeframes and on budget.
Report on project progress, project issues, resource planning and project status.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Team management and resourcing
Technical Preparation
Onsite Execution
Quality Control (Inspecting and addressing any issues or defects promptly)
WHS Compliance
Stakeholder Communication and Liaison
Accurate Documentation and Reporting
Problem Solving

About you:

Certified in Project Management with 3+ years’ experience.
Cert IV in Building Construction (Preferred)
A clear and logical thinker who can quickly understand risks and issues and work to mitigate or resolve them efficiently.
An excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong stakeholder management skills.
Building, Carpentry or Electrical background an advantage.
Industry Induction - White Card
QLD Drivers Licence
Experience with simPRO or similar scheduling system
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Minimum)
